Team Up for “Yeti”A Refreshing Canadian Pilsner
Toronto-based Blood Brothers Brewing, known for its eclectic portfolio of IPAs, sour ales, and genre-defying pale ales, has teamed up with Innomalt, a leading canadian maltster specializing in 100% Canadian-grown barley, to launch a new collaborative beer:
Yeti, a new craft Pilsner (4.7% ABV) brewed in collaboration between Blood Brothers Brewing, Innomalt, and True History Brewing.
About the Malt 🌾🌾🌾
The grain bill consists entirely of traditional Pilsner malt. This under-modified malt was step-mashed in the classic, old-world style to achieve the desired result.
This crisp, refreshing lager is made using Innomalt’s 100% Canadian malted barley, bringing out subtle but complex notes of orange zest, tangerine, and lemony florals. A soft aroma, creamy head, and classic bready malt character round out this smooth, easy-drinking beer—designed to showcase the best of local ingredients..
