Tasted by Innomalt
What could be more romantic than brewers tackling the great classic styles using truly local ingredients?
In this case, alongside Quebec-grown Innomalt malts, they selected Riel hops, a variety native to Canada. A reminder that honoring tradition can also mean celebrating local terroir. Wonderful.
